Stephanie Royal, Principal
Twenty five years of comprehensive business management
experience with 16 years as a Woman Owned, Small Business
entrepreneur. She is committed to the highest standards of conduct
and performance, possesses in depth knowledge of GSA contracts and
Federal Acquisition Regulations. Specializing in government and
military facilities her capabilities include exceeding customer
expectations throughout all project phases and tasks from project
inception through completion, and extend to project management,
design studio operations and facilitating high level collaboration
within multi-disciplinary project teams.
Tim Barnes, VP of Initial Outfitting
A recognized leader with over 28 years of medical experience;
Tim specifically has 22 years of proven ability to manage multiple
medical and dental construction projects and equipment programs for
the military on-time and within the prescribed budget. He brings
demonstrated experience as a Project Manager for 21 naval hospital
and medical/dental replacement/renovation projects both CONUS and
OCONUS with a combined value of over $555M. He was responsible for
all concepts through final design reviews and the development of
the identification, acquisition, outfitting, relocation/transition
and evaluation, training and final budget determination for the
operational and maintenance requirements necessary for the Military
Health System and Federal Government. He has spearheaded many
healthcare requirement reviews with architectural and engineering
firms and numerous private and public sector agencies to determine
the medical and dental facility needs supporting healthcare
delivery within the Department of Defense. His 20 plus years of
broad IO expertise includes: facility master planning and supply
chain management, finance, medical equipment/FF&E acquisition,
installation, training and certification, senior project management
and construction oversight for acute, inpatient and outpatient
military medical facilities. With 35 years of service he retired as
a Captain in the US Navy.
David Roberts, VP of Operations
Thirty five years of progressively responsible positions from
installation manager to business owner in the Corporate Furnishings
and Interior Design sector. David is a proven effective leader with
diverse experience in managing multiple building campus projects
from design and programming to furnishing selection and procurement
to delivery and installation. He has an exceptional ability to
identify, evaluate, plan, coordinate and resolve complex
problems.
Joe Werner, Senior Project Manager
A proven leader with 40 years of medical experience; including
28 years IO experience managing medical facilities and construction
projects both nationally and internationally for the Navy. His
extensive experience includes facility master planning, program
analysis, design, construction management, equipment outfitting and
transition, for over 20 naval medical and dental facilities. He has
managed over $2B and 3.2 million square feet of medical clinic and
hospital replacement and reconstruction projects. He has
demonstrated the ability to manage multiple medical and dental
construction projects for the military within budget and on-time
delivery. He retired as a Commander with the Navy with 40 years of
service.
